The AMM Group Adds to Advisory Board
In addition to David Shen, President, David Shen Ventures, the AMM Group
has added Mark E. Benson, President, Mark E. Benson & Associates & Former
CMO, Key Bank USA, National Association's Champion Mortgage (a division
of KeyCorp) and Tom Sperry, CEO, Acerno & Former President of aQuantive’s
Atlas Division to our Advisory Board. The Board, which will meet quarterly,
held its first official meeting May 15th, 2007 in New York City.
About Mr. Benson:
Mark E. Benson presently serves as a marketing consultant and most recently
was Chief Marketing Officer for Key Bank USA, National Association's Champion
Mortgage (a division of KeyCorp). During his tenure at Key, Mr. Benson
re-branded a twenty-year-old company in 6 months, realized a 70% sales
increase in 1 year with a 20% reduced marketing budget and guided the
company from a regional to a national company with $2 billion in annual
sales. Mr. Benson's experience includes twenty years of classical brand
marketing and direct response marketing with a track record of providing
successful integrated marketing programs and highly effective business
strategies.
Mr. Benson's various senior-level positions include President of Mark E. Benson & Associates, Inc., Executive Vice President, Marketing for the Economic Development Corporation in New York City and National Director of Marketing and Communications for the global financial services company DCI. In addition, Mr. Benson serves on the Advisory Boards for The Advanced Marketing & Media Group, LLC and Open4Bid, Inc.
About Mr. Sperry
Tom has spent 25 years in direct, database and online marketing. Prior
to co-founding aCerno, he held senior positions at aQuantive, Inc (General
Manager of Avenue A and President of Atlas) and was part of the executive
team that took the company public. Before aQuantive, Tom owned several
advertising agencies, the most recent of which was acquired by Foote Cone
Belding, a True North agency. As a result of the sale, he became Managing
Director of Bozell Worldwide where he focused on international business
development.
Tom was previously the Chairman of the IAB Associate Board and is actively involved in industry trade groups and events.

Oracle® Chosen as Key Technology Partner
Within three months of company formation, the AMM Group has launched its first prototype of AMIST (The Advanced Marketing Information System). With the cooperation and help of several vendors around the globe, this working prototype of the AMIS solution uses a robust dataset and easy-to-use web-enabled interface. The system has been demonstrated before several prospective customers with great positive feedback. It's a great first step.

The AMM Group Forms Data Partner Program
In an effort to provide our customers with best-of-breed solutions, the AMM Group has established our Preferred Data Partner Program. A select group of marketing information providers will be elevated to “Preferred” status for a specific information genre (e.g. advertising occurrence data). These preferred data providers are selected based on a set of key criteria including, leading data provider for a specific genre; industry accepted methodologies and value to current and future customers.
The AMM Group will continue to work with all data providers. Preferred providers, however, will receive special treatment in our technology, sales and account management processes, as well as co-marketing and lead generation opportunities. Additionally, the AMM Group will integrate these information sources directly into our AMIS™ technology to provide subscribing customers immediate access to these information sources. The AMM Group will announce our initial set of preferred data partners shortly.
